The experience

A mountain-view home with room to gather.

The Overlook is the largest and most architectural home in the Blue Morning
collection — a double A-frame with generous gathering spaces, mountain views,
private outdoor areas, and a layout built for families and friends traveling together.

At the center of the home, the dining room connects the two A-frames and opens
completely to the outside through accordion doors. With the water feature moving
just beyond the table, dinner can feel less like eating indoors and more like
gathering over a burbling mountain stream.

Start the day with coffee and long views, spend the afternoon exploring Boone
or Valle Crucis, then come back for dinner, the hot tub, the fire pit, and a
quieter kind of mountain evening.
