Clear expectations, fewer surprises.
- Cancellation policy. Cancellations made more than 30 days before arrival receive a 100% refund. Cancellations made more than 7 days before arrival receive a 50% refund. Cancellations within 7 days of arrival are no longer refundable.
- Travel insurance. We encourage guests to consider travel insurance for added protection against weather, illness, travel delays, and schedule changes.
- Minimum stays. Most stays have a 2-night minimum. Select holidays, peak seasons, App State weekends, and high-demand dates may require longer stays.
- Taxes and fees. Cleaning fees, pet fees if applicable, taxes, and required holds are shown during booking before you confirm your stay.
- Winter travel. Mountain conditions can change quickly. Review property-specific winter access notes before booking a winter stay.

Yes. All three homes welcome dogs, up to four dogs per stay, with a one-time $100 pet fee.
Do all homes have EV chargers?
Yes. Each home includes a Level 2 charger: 240V / 40A, 24-foot cable, J1772 plug.
Do all homes have hot tubs?
Yes. Each home has a private hot tub, along with outdoor space for slower evenings.
Can we rent multiple homes?
Yes. Each home feels private and has its own setting, but the three homes are close enough for larger family getaways or multi-household trips to stay near one another.
